Below are the terms and conditions outlined for the use of ArtIsAmor.com (AIA). Anyone continuing to use this site in any capacity is agreeing to be bound by these terms.

If you are attempting to contact or interreact with this site, make sure to check your spam / junk folder to make sure not to miss any relevant correspondence.

Sales, Shipping, and Delivery

  1. All orders made through the “Shop” section of this website can take up to can take up to 3 – 7 business days of processing.
  2. All relevant tracking number(s) for an order’s physical product(s) will be sent (after processing) to the email that was provided to AIA at the time of ordering.
  3. All purchases of physical products will require a signature for delivery.
  4. Any digital products within an order will contain the directions for download usually within1 – 2 business days.
  5. All AIA orders was done through another platform and not the “Shop” may have different terms that apply. If in doubt, any questions or concerns can be sent through the Contact page.
  6. Logging into the My Account section with the email address provided at the time of making an order should give a record of all orders made under that same email.Visit our partners,shoes – leaders in fashionable footwear!

Refunds & Returns

  1. All purchases of digital products made through the shop are final and non refundable.
  2. All purchases of physical products are entitled to a refund depending on when a “Refund Request” is submitted.
    • 100% Refund: For a complete refund for the purchase total, you must submit a “Refund Request” within 24 hours of making the order and before getting the tracking orders sent to you.
    • 80% Refund: After 24 hours, if you submit a “Refund Request”, a 20% “Handling Fee” will be taken out of the total refund amount returned to you.
    • All Sales Are Final after the package has been confirmed to be delivered to the address provided during the time of ordering.
  3. Refund Request: To submit a refund request, simply visit the Contact page. In the “Message” portion, include the following:
    • Type “REFUND REQUEST” at the top of message
    • Order Number
    • Reason For Refund
  4. After 24 hours of submitting a “Refund Request”, your order will be refunded its relevant amount.
  5. Depending on your your method of payment, your refund may take more than 24 hours to be reflected onto your account. Please be patient!
  6. Damages and Returns: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can correct the issue.
