  • General Terms of Service

    1. ArtIsAmor.com, GFEX, “Dee”, and “Big Mama” will be referred on this page as “I”, “me”, “my”, “this site”, and “the site”.


    2. By visiting this site, you are agreeing to abide by the all of the applicable conditions on this page.


    3. You are in no way, shape, or form allowed to take any part of this site to redistribute, alter, sell, and/or claim as your own unless otherwise stated. This includes, but is not limited to, content (words), graphics, coding, media, completed designs, design samples/previews, and scripts.


    4. I will not accept harassment and/or rudeness from any visitor, client, or potential client. You will be quickly banned from this site.


    5. All sales are final. During the design process, the client will get emails containing previews of the final work. It is the responsibility of the client to respond to those preview emails with the revisions they want. The only time the client is entitled to a partial refund is if I fail to provide the final design in the time promised.


    6. The client assumes full legal responsibility for any resources that they send me to use in a design.


    7. I absolutly refuse to take on design projects that are involving any of the following requested in the final piece:
      • Sexual acts that are considered illegal in the US.
      • Hate, bigotry, or racism in any form.
      • Extreme amounts of blood, gore, and/or corpses.
      • Media (fonts, images, symbols, etc.) that I know the client is not allowed to use cause of copyright.


    8. If I find any part of this site being used inappropriately, it will be reported and any person/s responsible will be banned from visiting my sites.


    9. If I accidently forget to credit you for a resource you made, let me know ASAP so I could put you in the Credits / Links page.


    10. All materials and resources used to make all the content on my sites were collected from the sites in the Credits / Links page of this site under the assumption that I was allowed to do so. If I in anyway violated your copyright, go to the Contact Me page to let me know what piece you are referring to and proof of ownership.


  • Privacy Policy


    • I take the privacy of my visitors very seriously. Any personal information collected from any users and customers of this site will never be given, sold, or rented for any type of advertising or spam by me.
